I really like the designs, and it looks so stylish in my room. my only regret is not getting it earlier because it makes the space feel much more put together

I thought this was going to fit the room better, but the rug size ended up being off. Once I put it down, it just looked weird in there and didn’t really work with the space the way I expected

I ordered this rug thinking it was going to be a warm beige like it showed online, but when it arrived it looked way more grey and kind of dull. Make it make sense, because the pictures made it seem like a totally different color. The quality seems fine overall, but it just doesn’t match my room the way I expected, which is frustrating. I really wish the photos were more accurate.

I was already kind of in a rush when I started the return, and it ended up taking way longer than I expected. Support was slow to respond, so I kept having to follow up just to find out what was going on. I did get my refund in the end, but the whole process felt frustrating and not smooth at all

I thought I ordered this rug a while back, or maybe it just arrived later than I remembered, but either way, once I finally put it down, I was disappointed. I’m a bit picky about how carpets feel underfoot, so I was happy that this one turned out soft and comfortable. Delivery was fine too—nothing amazing, but it arrived without any hassle. Overall, I’m happy enough with it.

After a few months of normal use though, I’ve started noticing wear in the areas we walk on the most. It’s not falling apart or anything dramatic, but it definitely doesn’t feel as sturdy as I was hoping it would.

For the price, I guess it’s okay, but I’m still a little disappointed because I expected it to hold up better. It might be fine for a room that doesn’t get much traffic, but I’m not sure I’d pick it again for everyday use.

My order got delayed twice, and the tracking barely changed at all. I kept checking and checking, but there was hardly any update. In the end, I had to chase them myself just to find out what was going on. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

The rug looked really nice online, but when it got here the box was already messed up. One corner of the carpet was bent and had dirt on it, so yeah not the best first impression.

It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but i expected the support to be a lot quicker.

I got my carpet order and, from what I remember picking, most of it matched up fine. One of the sizes seemed a little different than what I had in mind, though it still worked out, so I didn’t make a big deal of it. Delivery was okay too, nothing amazing, nothing awful. I just wish they’d double-check the little details before shipping things out

My experience with Kroma Carpets was okay overall. They did get back to me, but the replies weren’t always that quick, and I had to chase them once to get a proper answer.
To be fair, they were polite and sorted things out in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience. It just felt a bit slow and not totally organised. I’d say 3 stars is about right.

The carpet feels decent overall, but the edges on mine were a bit rough. Based on this one, I’d say the quality is probably okay for everyday use, just not amazing if you’re expecting a really polished finish.

I was let down when the box showed up all torn up. It just didn’t feel like the item was handled or packed with much care. Also, I’m not a fan of how the terms seem to keep changing, it makes the whole experience more frustrating than it needs to be
